This policy explains how BG Création Graphique collects, uses and protects your personal data, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data collected

Through the contact form, we only collect the information you provide to us:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone (optional)
• Company (optional)
• The content of your message

Purpose

This data is used solely to respond to your request and to follow up on your project. It is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

Audience measurement

With your consent (collected via the banner shown on arrival), we measure site traffic in order to improve it. For this purpose we record: your IP address, an approximate location (country, city) derived from it, the pages viewed, the source (referring site, campaign) and technical information (device type, browser, operating system).

Legal basis: your consent. You can refuse it at any time (the banner) without any consequences: in that case, none of this data is collected. This data is never shared with third parties.

Subprocessors

• Resend — delivery of contact form emails.
• Vercel — hosting and internal audience measurement.
• Google (Analytics & Ads) — audience measurement and tracking of advertising conversions, enabled only after your consent (data processed in the United States, transfer governed by standard contractual clauses).

Retention period

Form data is kept for as long as necessary to process your request, then archived or deleted within a reasonable timeframe. Audience measurement data is automatically purged once its retention period has elapsed (12 months by default).

Your rights

Cookies

By default, only a strictly necessary internal (first-party) cookie is set: the one that remembers your consent choice. If you click “Accept”, we additionally enable a visit identifier (internal audience measurement) as well as the Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies (audience measurement and tracking of advertising conversions). Until you have accepted, no measurement or advertising cookie is set (Consent Mode v2). You can refuse at any time via the banner.
